Employee Empowerment and Compensation as A Consequence on Employee Job Performance with the Moderating Role of Employee Accountability

Using data from 200 employees of FMCG companies in Multan, this study aims to analyze the effect Employee Empowerment and Compensation on Job Performance while moderating role Accountability. The partial least square method is used estimate results. results PLS-SEM reveal that Empowerment, Compensation, Accountability are all positively significantly related Performance. was found partially moderate relationship between using moderated regression. It recommended that, order improve employee job performance, organization develop implement strategies for providing appropriate compensation. After processing analyzing information labor market internal regulations company, there seems a need modify an appraisal system line with specified compensation structure other benefits.
